The Revenue Operations Lead will be a key player in driving efficiency and growth. You'll be instrumental in scaling revenue operations, redesigning and automating workflows across our key systems including PerchPeek’s proprietary platform ecosystem and our CRM (Hubspot). You'll also own sales pipeline reporting and revenue analytics, building robust dashboards that provide Go-to-Market leadership with the insights needed to improve forecasting and deal prioritisation. Additionally, you'll drive Go-to-Market enablement by integrating and automating tools and building scalable processes, such as the CPQ process.
This is a highly collaborative position where you'll proactively own relationships across departments and with executive leadership, including the CEO and COO, to ensure operational excellence and make a lasting impact on our growth story. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in revenue and/or sales operations, and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes, using data to drive decisions, and is capable of owning multiple initiatives and demands simultaneously while maintaining energy and enthusiasm for raising the bar.

We are data-led and regularly evaluate our salary ranges against other companies of a similar size and stage. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and location. In your first interview, we’ll have an open conversation about compensation.
